Unique, new, complete space for a high level stay. Best location in Santos, close to the beach, shopping, leisure. The apartment has an American kitchen, complete with all appliances, a laundry complete with new Samsung washing machine, stainless steel tank. All cabinets are designed and built by Florence. It has a complete living room with sofa and coffee table, full buffet. It has a guest toilet with full vase. There is a bedroom complete with a desk, a complete suite with a luxury bathroom, a nightstand with a reading lamp and a large wardrobe. A double bed with imported box spring mattress, a TV in the bedroom . We can provide up to 1 additional mattresses for guests and install a baby cot if necessary. The apartment has an external side terrace with a side view of the sea. Hot water on all taps, including bathroom and kitchen. We can offer optional cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. We can also, for long stays, provide breakfast and a whole menu for ordering delivery for the guest to order.
The condo is fully secure with 24 hour surveillance, security cameras, a full covered garage with remote control for entry. The apartment door has electronic access control, preventing the loss of the key on the beach. A great advantage of this space is that it has access to all cities and beaches in the Santos region, such as Graruja, Praia Grande, Bertioga, Ilha Bela, among others, in other words, it is a hub. The stay is much more relaxed than hotels and hostels, as it is an apartment of high standard and luxury. You can bring your small PET which will be welcome.
