I didn’t get any contact info from Expedia When I got there I had to call them and ended up with a rep who was useless on getting contact with the owner The actual apartment was modern, well decorated and an excellent bathroom! Owner nice, any info I needed she provided I think she should show different picture

Good value if you just want one room.

The host was great at communicating and had the room clean as a whistle for us. having a dedicated parking spot was also a fantastic touch!

This property was clean and just as advertised. There were cars in the driveway making it impossible to park there so we just parked beside the driveway in the grass. There is a small table and chairs right outside that I sat at with my coffee and a book in the morning.

This is basically a private bedroom in a home. It is not detached.

Beautiful one bedroom suite for travelers. Very close to IMG Academy.

If you are lookin for a clean, no frills place to stay this is perfect. Similar to a large hotel room. Great for one person, two at the most.

The privacy was OkThe premises had a very strong smell of some chemicals like cleaning substance we still smell it on our clothes There was some distance noise coming from the house from time to time before midnight Other than that it was Ok

We stayed here bc we had 8 am games at IMG. Its was very convenient for that. The bed wasn’t the best and was very loud when you moved. There were only 2 hard pillows. We ended up going to Walmart for extra pillows. This wasn’t vacation for us though and it was fine for what we needed.

This place was everything I needed! Convenient. Super clean. Quiet. Safe. Patty was amazing, kind, and accommodating. I would definitely seek her out first if/when I’m back in town. Thank you again for everything!

It was a great price and close to where we wanted to be. The owner was very responsive to messages and the property was clean and well kept.

Great location as promised . Very clean , nice modern bathroom .Worked perfectly for what we needed it for . Strange odor when entering the place after being out , but did not notice after you were in it Easy check in and check out . We did not drive but spot was available for parking

This was a last minute decision and we are so happy we made it! The host was responsive in a timely manner and the room was clean and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was equally as beautiful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location and will use again when we come back down!
