You will have full and exclusive access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all the amenities within the complex.



The Neighborhood:

An incredible location in the heart of Playa del Carmen! The complex is close to the famous 5th Avenue (La Quinta Avenida), filled with restaurants, bars, cafés, boutiques, souvenir shops, vibrant shopping centers, and more. Just 1–2 minutes walking away, you’ll find Coco Beach at the end of Av. CTM. You’ll also be about one block from Martina Beach Club and two blocks from Encanto Beach Club.



Getting Around:

The apartment is approximately 55 km | 34 miles from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend arranging airport transportation in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist if needed. If you arrive by car, parking is available at the complex, although the location puts you within walking distance of almost everything.



To visit attractions or activities farther away, you can rent a bicycle, take a taxi, a colectivo (shared transportation vans), or the ADO first-class bus.



Other Things to Note:

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.



The building has a rooftop bar, so some noise may be heard due to the lively atmosphere.



Hanging clothes or towels from the balcony is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Please note that these fines may be applied even if you are not present at the time the report is made.



Daily housekeeping service is not available; however, if you would like a cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.



Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon confirming the reservation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the platform used to make the reservation. This charge is processed as a credit card transaction and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras located outside the property are used strictly for guest safety.



House Rules:



- Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

- Smoking tobacco or cannabis inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of recreational drugs on the premises. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.

- Parties, events, or illegal activities are not allowed. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm, out of respect for neighbors.

- The number of guests may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation.

- Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages caused during their stay or additional cleaning if necessary.

- Guests must present a valid ID on the day of check-in and may be asked to show it during their stay if identity verification is required.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the condominium pool hours and usage rules.



Interaction with Guests:

This property offers self check-in using an access code. On your first day, you will need to stop by the reception desk to register. During each visit to the building, the security guard will open the door for registered guests.

    The location was wonderful. Incredible views on roof pool of the ocean and beach. You are next to a beach club so the loud music all day long and sometimes into the night is awful. That would be why we won’t return. Also you will receive only one towel for showers per person, no matter how long your stay, so you may want to bring some with you

    Very clean and modern condo on a nice beach. Only drawback was our last night there was a party at the beach club nextdoor that lasted till 4 am.
