The Space:

Madeira Beach vacation getaway awaits at this 1BR 1 BA beauty located just across the street from public beach access, freshly updated,painted and new decor! Walk 2 minutes to hit the sand and blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico. The stylish nautical decor creates a beachy feel throughout. Shops, dining , and local attractions are within an easy walk.



LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances (including dishwasher). Enjoy your culinary masterpiece or have a delicious meal delivered through Uber Eats or other food and grocery delivery options.



BEDROOM & BATH This first-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults between the bedroom and brand new queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living area. Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new mattress and hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV so that you can snuggle up in bed and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a shower and fresh soft towels.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include beach chairs, buggy, and an umbrella, bikes (to ride at your own risk), complimentary Wi-Fi, and assigned parking for one car in the outdoor lot.

THE LOCATION Walk 2 minutes to the beach from this sparkling clean apartment! A plethora of dining and shopping options, as well as convenient amenities, are within an easy 10-minute walk. Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction, a wildlife learning center, and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite!



Getting Around:

Many of our guests are amazed by the fact that they really do not need a car. We are centrally located to many restaurants, bars, coffee house, beach and grocery shopping. Uber or grocery delivery are sometimes easier and more cost effective than renting a vehicle.

From the moment you book, you’ll be provided timely and helpful communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your unit with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.

    My stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The condo had everything anyone would need for their stay. It was very clean, up-to-date, and conveniently located directly across the street from the beach. The hosts were great people who responded quickly to any messages. I highly suggest staying here.

    This clean, cheerful unit is an easy 1 1/2 block walk from the public beach access and just minutes from Johns Pass. The hosts are friendly and responsive and stock everything you need to make the most of your beach time. We'll be back!

    The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice that beach items were available to use. We appreciated that other items were also supplied like coffee and some toiletries. The back area gave us a nice place to sit also. Best of all we were able to bring our dog with us.

    After staying in hotels all week, this little apartment was a breath of fresh air! So clean and perfectly equipped for my little family. We were extremely comfortable, able to cook meals, and enjoy the occasional take out from vendors close by. The beach was a comfortable walk away and everything was so convenient. Kathy was super communicative and took care of all our needs! Absolutely wonderful!

    Convenient to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. We liked that we had use of all their beach equipment- bikes, coolers, water toys, chairs, and umbrellas! This made it so easy to pack up and go. We will be back next year.

    This place was perfect for our week long beach vacation! Kathy and Eddie provided everything we needed and more. It was so nice being just a quick walk across the street from beach access as well as walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops?. We would definitely recommend staying here.     The owners are on the property daily. Many extras - beach: wagon, chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas. Convenient walk to eateries, ice cream. Our first floor unit had a quiet back seating area. The ONLY little issue was bar noise close by. Of course, no control over this.

    From the moment we walked in we knew we would enjoy our stay for 6 weeks. Our apartment looked even better than the pictures and was spotless. We were 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The owners were warm and welcoming and available. They even provided a secure place to store our kayaks which was unexpected and appreciated. We have booked it again next year!
