Nantes furnished rentals at the foot of the Cathedral

Excellent hospitality. Perfect.

The place was clean and spacious. It is filled with all the things you could need from pamphlets to shampoo to tea and coffee, extra towels, a full kitchen and so much more.

Interesting building. Great location and guiet. Stairs are mot for the faint of heart but part of the historical significance of the building and not a major factor for us.

Excellent for exploring Nantes. Walking distance of tourist destinations and eating and shopping quarters.

We liked location, being within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment is more attuned to a suite, but still has plenty of room. It also has a smart TV as we download movies from home and connect via HDMI connection. The stairs are a bit tight with luggage, and are not for those with physical impairments. Although we did not cook, there are plenty of utensils and even an espresso machine. We would definitely recommend staying here. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, Texas.

Just as described......once found it was so easy to get to all the sights and train station. Very thoughtful to have a selection of wines there as I arrived at 10pm. Thanks Droin

We had a.very pleasant stay,, the apartment is.very well maintained and clean. Recommendable !!!

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks with my two kids (ages 6 and 10) and we were very comfortable here. The apartment is well lit with natural light and is quiet. I am allergic to dust and mold and had no trouble with either of these allergies in this apartment. The towels and bedding are all clean and new. The location is exactly as promised (right next to the Cathedral) and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We were delighted by the building's 500-year old stairwell, which is beautiful to look at (and interesting to examine to see how it was constructed). But people with mobility issues may find the two flights of old steps difficult to navigate. There is grocery shopping a few minutes walk away and easy access to bakeries and cafes. We used the small kitchenette area to eat our breakfasts, simple meals, or for enjoying carryout sushi, etc. The Jardin des Plantes is a 5-minute walk away (along which you pass by the newly renovated art museum). It was a daily joy to step out of this apartment and into the heart of Nantes' historic district. We hope to stay here again next time we visit!

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Just five minutes walk from the tram stop and near to the city centre and railway station.
