Loved how close it was to the beach. Shower could be alittle bigger but it got the job done.

The location is perfect. Right next to the beach but not in a busy area. 10 minute walk south on the boardwalk to a livelier area with live music, shops and food. Best tacos at the Taco Joint. Pool was always clean and quiet. Host was very welcoming. Lots of clear information and everything was easy to find. Air conditioning works well. Lots of lighting options. Linens and towels felt and smelled amazing. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Lots of supplies provided. Much more than I expected. Many options for streaming on television. Good parking. Lots of storage spaces. Would definitely book again

Excellent stay. Great apartment near ocean (75) steps to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with owner. Easy check in with keypad. Beach chairs, etc available. If available, will definitely stay here again and again.

South Florida has gotten very built up with giant condos, huge impersonal hotels, outrageous prices. But there is a little gem in Hollywood. A broad walk, parks full of mangroves, iguanas, beautiful uncrowded beaches. And right there, with free assigned parking, fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, stove top and absolutely everything to feel right at home, right there, maybe 50 ft from the sound is a gorgeous unit in a tropical Paradise. I could not believe the value, the friendliness and responsiveness of the owner. It was so nice to swim at 6:00 a.m. in the 80° Atlantic Ocean, come back I make steel cut oats and eggs and be so close to all that southern Florida has to offer. Oh yes, I really liked that this unit had a combination code on the door so that we didn't even have to worry about taking our keys or valuables with us.

Very short walk to beautiful beach, ocean and broadwalk. Clean room with everything we needed and comfortable mattress. Bob was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions.

Enjoyed the beach and parking. Easy access to unit. It had everything we needed.

Ideal location and accommodations

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my son. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Robert was great at communication and was so helpful! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!!!

Clean apartment, with improvements coming to the adjacent building. No parking issues when leaving to explore the area. Property owners were very quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival. Definitely recommend a stay at this location.

The room is just big enough for 2 people. It was neat, clean and included everything we needed for a few days at the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners on the day we arrived as they were there checking another unit and we happened to meet in the parking lot. They were very friendly and even showed us another unit they have in the same complex that is a bit bigger. This place is a bedroom with a small bathroom and kitchenette(EXACTLY as described) and we knew that going in but the other unit has a second living room area. My wife and I were only staying 4 nights and what we reserved worked perfectly. However, if we chose to stay a longer time it would be nice to consider the larger space. Anyhow, this is legit a few hundred feet from the Broadwalk(that's how it's spelled) and the beach. Was very clean and check in was super easy. The host even let us come a little early even though they had a guest staying right up to the day we arrived. This was a nice gesture as parking in this area is tight, can quickly add up and most people coming arrive early. Or at least we usually do. This VRBO is exactly as described, a very quiet location and as a bonus even though my wife was concerned about the murphy bed she commented several times that the mattress was the most comfortable of any places we stayed. I had to open the protector to see what brand since she may want one herself! Sealy!!! Definitely recommend this spot for a solo traveler or a couple that doesn't need a lot of extra space. Just there like us, enjoy the beach and nightlife then sleep.
