Since the small cul-de-sac Am Albatrosplatz is located in front of the entrance to the resort, which was built around the naval port, the quiet location is exceptional: the view from the terrace extends as far as Maasholm and Denmark, a second large south-facing balcony offers views of the harbor and a dune landscape, and shops, restaurants, and a bus stop are just a few steps away. In addition to your own parking space, there are further parking spaces directly in front of the building.
