Apartment was perfect for a couple and would be good for 2 couples or a family. Parking was easy in an area that has limited availability. Location is primo. Literally 2 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes from Eden Park. Wonderful courtyard!!! We will likely stay again....the space checks all the boxes. Laura and Mark are great hosts. Bill B

Had an amazing stay! Property had everything we could need and more. Very thoughtful and helpful hosts. The outside patio area was nice touch as well. Neighborhood had several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance which was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Only stayed one night but would definitely come back for a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The host was very nice and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. If you like jazz there is a bar called The Blind Lemon right down the street.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this property. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax during the colder weather. The extra blankets were such a thoughtful touch, and we especially appreciated the gas stove and toaster oven — they made the space feel even more homey and functional.The home was very comfortable overall, and we slept incredibly well, which always says a lot. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, inviting place to stay in the area.

Our stay in Mt. Adam's was the best! Our first floor apartment was perfect! The home is in a charming location for walking, exploring, and sightseeing. Upon entering the well appointed kitchen, it was obvious the owners took great care in both providing all you could need as well as tasteful decorations to make you feel right at home! The two bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with all you could need. There was a parking space designated, which is extremely helpful in this historic neighborhood with narrow streets.The entire apartment was immaculate! Thank you Laura!

Girlfriend’s trip to the area to see a concert at Memorial Hall. The area of Mt Adams is gorgeous. Architecture, walk ability, safe , great restaurants etc. This home was clean, comfortable , amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were generous and great quality. And the beds !!!! So comfy; sheets linens and pillows were top notch. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the living room for privacy too. The place was very very clean with quality kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Thankful for a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Smart ! No cleaning fee and no work to check out was a nice bonus ! The patio, garden area out back was lovely as well. The owners live upstairs - super convenient and nice to meet the owners. Five stars for sure !!!!

Beautiful property filled with character!! Very clean!! Beds were so comfortable - fell asleep within minutes!! Parking directly in front of property and everything felt just like at home!! This was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Laura, the host, was just wonderful! She had the kitchen stocked with what we needed to get started. There was outdoor seating for coffee in the morning. The furniture was very comfortable, and the bed was fabulous. Parking was right outside the home and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again

One of the nicest VRBO places I ever rented. It was very clean, spacious rooms, great layout for 2 bedroom and a quaint neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The drive to the stadium area is only a few minutes away and you can walk to there if you prefer with sidewalks everywhere. It is on a hill so keep that in mind for walking. Excellent experience with attention paid to the details. Thank you Laura for being a great host.

Host gave good communication ahead of stay. Met us when we arrived to help with check in and parking. Beautiful entire first floor of home with good sized kitchen, well stocked with beverages and other goodies. Split plan with bedrooms opposite side of house were appreciated as my brother snores. Entire home tastefully decorated, large TV with streaming in comfy living room. King size very comfortable bed in a large bedroom with ample clothing storage made this a perfect place for our stay. It's close proximity to The View where we attended a wedding was icing on the cake. Strongly recommend this excellent accommodation, would stay again.

It was a charming home. Laura was very friendly and everything was clean.

The apartment is immaculate and adorable! The hosts are pleasant and easy to reach. They have thought of every detail you would want or need during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. The back patio is perfect for dining or just hanging out. The reserved parking space is a definite bonus. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and pubs and just a sort drive from all Cincinnati has to offer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Our stay was, as always, fantastic! We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. In fact, we plan our trips to Cincinnati around the availability of this location. The hosts are super friendly and responsive to questions. The checkin process is fast and efficient —you get instructions a couple of days before checkin. We highly recommend!

Everything was great with the check in, etc. The only issue that we had was the Wi-Fi access was very limited and really was unusable. We used the hot spot on our phones, but it would be good if that could be improved.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was absolutely fantastic! The communication from the hosts ahead of time was very detailed and helpful (particularly when it came to parking). The home was exactly as described, and is gorgeous and immaculate. We loved the smart TV and board games in the evening after we got back from our adventures. The location was great and only a few minutes from so many things. 1000% recommend to anyone traveling to Cincinnati.

We travel a lot for our kids’ sporting events. This was hands-down one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was beyond clean, communication with the hosts was amazing, and the location was perfect. Just as pictured in the listing. We will absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark and Laura's house, but are tempted to keep it to ourselves. First, the neighborhood is wonderfully charming. Very quiet, but restaurants and bars and a coffee shop around the corner. A great art museum (we went 3 times) in the neighborhood. And if you are willing to brave the 500 steps backup the hill, downtown is very close. Secondly, the space itself is very comfortable, with lots of space and privacy for each of us when needed. And most importantly, Mark and Laura are great hosts. Very friendly, eager with suggestions, and highly responsive. We'll be back!

Cute and clean. Beautiful and large master bedroom. Second bedroom is a decent size but not as lux. Parking was a bit nerve-racking. House is on a one way street that is very narrow. Cars park on both sides.

We stayed for one night because my daughter was visiting UC for college. This residence is quiet and in an excellent location. Restaurants are within walking distance, and the university is within a 10- 15-minute drive. We will be staying again.

This house is adorable, clean, and close to Mt. Adams bars, etc. The hosts are lovely people. Bring cat treats for Steve the neighborhood kitty.

Stayed for a weekend and couldn't have been happier. The house is in a great location and is within walking distance of everything in Mount Adams. The house is clean, the bedrooms are big, and the beds are comfy. You’re also a very short ride away from downtown and OTR. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Cincinnati.

I travel a lot and this is one of the best places I've stayed at. Not only is the location fantastic, but the property is top notch. Very clean, very comfortable, and the small touches, eg snacks and pop in the 'frig, board games, extra toiletries in the bathroom, take it to the next level. The owners are great. We will be back.

We had a quick stay to enjoy Blink Fest downtown. We could walk from there and Laura even gave us helpful tips to navigate the city. The home had a really cozy and cool vibe. It was also very clean. I would 100% stay again.

Great location and all the comforts of home! Hosts are very friendly. Highlights of our trip were the Incline Public House for a good meal and beautiful view of the city and the American Sign Museum was very cool and welll worth the stop.

Laura and Mark were amazing! They were so accommodating to us having a toddler and left extras for us. Place was in a GREAT location with lots going on and fun places to walk to. They were so helpful and the place was amazing. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us. It had everything we needed and things we didn’t realize we did. When we come back, we hope this place will be available!

This is the nicest VBRO I have ever stayed at. Elegant house neighborhood and host. Snacks on the table, drinks in the fridge. Neighborhood was quiet. If you are coming to Cincy you have to stay here. Beds are great. Everything super super clean. Loved it.

This is a beautiful house in a fantastic old neighborhood. Several bars and restaurants you can easily walk to. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown, the river area and the ballpark. We would definitely stay here again and probably will next time we are in town for a baseball game.

We had a fantastic visit to Cincinnati made even more special by staying at Mt Adams. The rooms were so clean and the extra touches, like snacks and cold drinks, useful items in the bathroom were much appreciated.

We loved our stay in Laura & Mark's vacation rental on the first floor of their home with a private entrance. Comfortable king-size bed in large bedroom (didn't use the second bedroom). Property was spotless and had everything we needed as well as amenities that we didn't expect such as a plentiful assortment of Keurig coffee pods. Also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space. Parking spot provided right in front of the house. Our hosts were very helpful suggesting excellent restaurants & bars in the area. Everything was within a comfortable walking distance from the property so we never needed to move our car until we checked out. Would definately stay again when back in the Cincinnati area.

The property was unique, clean and very well appointed. Enjoyed walking around Mount Adams and checking out the cool architecture of the neighborhood and views of the Ohio river and downtown, views and restaurants within easy walking distance. I had a wonderful stay at Mark and Laura’s beautiful home. It truly feels as if you’re a guest in their home, as opposed to just renting a place to sleep for the night. They’ve thought of everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed having coffee on the patio, which is also super cute and welcoming at night. I also enjoyed exploring the quaint neighborhood of Mt Adams. Highly recommend!

Property had everything we had anticipated and then some. Clean with plenty of inside space and each room met or exceeded our expectation. Great outside entertainment space with their side courtyard that we took advantage . Only issue we had was our connection to internet. We made it work. We would stay there again. Thank you.

My friends and I came for a concert at Riverbend. The location was only a short drive away. The home was so lovely with all the amenities of home. The host was very communicative and welcoming! Highly recommend!
