We had the best stay at this property. It’s super clean, modern and very well maintained and furnished. We loved the pool / jacuzzi just across from the unit, the roof top / club house where we could hangout with a stunning view of the area. We also loved the welcoming little treats, coffee and many other things that were available for us. It’s the best place to be and we won’t go anywhere else in the future ❤️

This place was just great. Clean and peaceful. Her cleaning does not involve highly fragrant cleaners that overwhelm and create headaches. My wife and I are sensitive to those types of cleaners, but this place was clean and easy on the nose. Bed was super comfortable. Mandi was a great host. We will definitely be back.

The condo was wonderful. Clean & beautiful view of Sunset over the Mountains from bedroom, balcony and livingroom! The A/C was so delightful to escape the heat…enjoyed the pool & spa right across the parking lot. Very spacious kitchen and BONUS was washer & dryer! It was a wonderful experience

My husband and I stayed here for a friend's wedding and it was perfect! It was quiet, clean and centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. This was my first time to Utah and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great place to stay!

We booked in for an extended weekend of skiing and hiking in the area. The location is on the south end of the city but easy to access ski bus and driving routes into little cotton canyon. It was also nice to have access to the hot tub and other facilities. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for the first few nights but was working after that!

The location is right off the interstate. Easy drives to all ski areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The best part is keurig coffee pods are provided along with cream and sugar! Perfect for the first morning especially as we arrived late at night. Owner responded promptly to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except only one bar of cell phone service and many dropped phone calls. Had to stand on the porch to try and keep a call from being dropped.

The hardest thing about this process was getting the key out of the box and on my night of check in, a friendly and hot looking neighbor showed up to help me. When the need strikes again, I will reach out to you. Wendy January 2025

Right off the freeway in the southeast of Salt Lake valley, giving easy acces to both Dalt Lake and Utah Valleys. Clean, comfortable and quet.

I have stayed at this property 2 previous times when coming into the area and it continues to be a great choice. The apartment has the basic amenities and access to the pool/hot tub and gym are a nice bonus. It is a quiet apartment complex and has plenty of parking. It’s also quick access to the interstate, grocery store and gas station.

Aside from the easiness and clean accommodations, I appreciated the communication with Mandi Hanks! She made it the easiest to work with, which made my trip to SLC very smooth. I also liked that there was a washer and dryer in the condo for convenience. I will use this location the next time we are in the Salt Lake City area if available.

This is my second time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. Easy check in process and the host was very accommodating to my unexpected change of plans with travel dates. Easy to navigate around Draper and Sandy from the apartment complex. I always appreciate having a place to workout while I travel and having access to the apartment pool and gym are a nice bonus.

Plenty of room for a short stay. Beds were comfortable with one queen and one rollaway with a topper. Unusually warm in this area the apartment could have called off a little more.

Clean and safe location. It was so nice to have access to a workout room and pool during our stay. Location was easy to find and travel around the area was quick and convenient. For it being an apartment complex I was worried we would have trouble with parking but this was not the case. We were always able to find close parking. Neighbors were great and we never had any trouble with noise.
