Mountain Cabin, Walk to Dining/Memorial Park!

Great location. Close to everything we needed to do. Clean and comfortable.

This was perfect for our stay. Clean, convenient, quiet, safe and very well appointed- supplies of soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. were plentiful- much more so than many places we've stayed! Thank You for paying attention to detail and guests' needs!

The cabin is very nice, very clean and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, fluffy towels, good quality toiletries. The only thing missing for me was a tea kettle, but water in a saucepan worked just fine. I look forward to returning and will recommend to family and friends.

The sheets are the softest thing I have ever slept in. The cabin was adorable. It’s perfectly located to get to all kinds of little places in town and when you leave, you have a view of Pikes Peak with snow. There are deer throughout the neighborhood.

The place was very cute and clean. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm up, but lasted through my shower. We had a nice time.

This was the perfect place for my Colorado fly fishing getaway. It is a well-built apartment from the walls to the flooring. It has all the amenities one will need in the tiny kitchen. I only used one of the pulldown beds and it was comfortable. The rental is attached to a CPA office, but no one was around until in the morning. I will likely use this rental again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. This studio is within a two block walking distance from the Woodland Park business district, ciffee shops, and restaurants.It was clean! The studio is updated and included all the listed amenities. It is located in a safe, clean area. My wife and I did not have any concerns about safety (i.e., having our car broken into). The only issue we ran into was the shower head had a leak and sprayed everywhere. We reported it to the owner and they were very quick to repair it. This VRBO is attached to a small business (which did not bother us) in a nice, safe neighborhood. They park their cars in the front and we parked in the back. This is a studio so do not expect lots of room for kids. We would certainly stay here again.

This was very nice, clean, quiet and in a great area between the downtown and the residential areas and some nice parks to the north. The price was much better than the motel and better. Plenty of parking and privacy. The Murphy beds were quite comfortable, I hadn't expected that. As I was using it, it is a great place to stay and base local trips and such from. I didn't make use of the kitchen washer and dryer and such, but it was all there and in good shape.

The location is well off the beaten path but still walking distance to downtown. Very clean and quiet area, Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable, but an extra blanket would be nice. Very well set up as a jumping off point to go explore.

This was a clean property, well stocked with plenty of towels etc. It was a great location!

Beds were fine. Space is small but quite enough for two people. Everything is tailored to a small space, so plan accordingly. A bit of noise during business hours since it is attached to an accounting business. Quiet at night and weekends.

Very central location but still amazingly quiet. Fantastic hosts who were super accommodating. The house itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Place is nicely fixed up and is in a very convenient location, but we only recommend for short stays for tall people. Many features required us to stand on our tip toes to reach. Bathroom is really nice but I would advise putting in some grab bars in the shower. Was disappointed that the Clothes dryer was not working, No instructions for TV's and could only use one at a time as a change on one TV changed the second TV. Porch could use a railing

Overall the stay was good, and I'd recommend it to others. Not crazy about the unit being left open prior to my arrival. (instructions noted that the door would be unlocked and the key on the table, which it was.) As I was getting settled putting away luggage, a side door opened, and the housekeeper startled me, and I her. She was very polite and apologetic. There had obviously been a miscommunication as to my arrival date. (However, I noted the unit was clean and appeared freshly made up.) And as promised by the housekeeper, that side door was locked for the duration of my stay. Also, the dryer was not functioning, but did not realize this until I had washed a load....the washer worked fine. Owner assisted with locating a laundromat and admitted she was aware of the non-functioning dryer when I called to report it and apologized that she hadn't put a sign on it informing me. Some inconvenience on my part due to this, but overall it was a nice place. The location is great. It is as shown in the pictures. Bed was comfy, pillows were good. A comedy of errors I think this time around, but I'd stay again.

Overall a good place, but the dryer didn’t work. The manager offered to take our clothes to another location to dry, but they just need to get the dryer fixed. Taking our stuff is inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice cozy place.

We booked this place on a Tuesday and arrived on Saturday the same week. It was super last minute and in an area we were not familiar with. We arrived Saturday a few hours late and the place was clean and ready to go. Nice neighborhood and fit our family perfectly for the time we spent there. Some construction was going on the Monday morning we were checking out but most of the loud work happened after 9am. Would book this place again in the future!

We had a conference at Charis, looking for quiet, affordable accommodations nearby, that was very clean, modern, high quality, more than a motel room. This is it! We are appreciative of everything possible with our stay here. Only 2 blocks from center of town with coffee, shops, enjoyable walks. The owner/host responded quickly the only time needed. We will definitely stay here when we return.

Excellent location, small space but all we needed. Host was responsive. We’ll book again.
