Residence: Located on the heights of Vars, the residence of Hameau des Rennes consists of charming chalets of 3 or 4 levels, and enjoys an indoor swimming pool in winter and indoor and outdoor in summer. This hamlet is located at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift, thanks to the central elevator (foot of the slopes for experienced skiers). Access to the parking lot below the residence.This hamlet is located 200m from shops, superettes, restaurants, ski rental... Free shuttle stop that passesevery 15-20 min and desses the entire stationThe residence's swimming pool is opened ONLY during the tourist seasons, usually from mid-December to early April for the winter, and from early July to late August for the summer. Accommodation: This charming 3-room apartment of 50m2 is exposed to the southeast and allows to accommodate up to 6 people. You will enjoy its wooden mountain style.It has a balcony that will allow you to enjoy breakfast with mountain views.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette machine and dishwasher.For sleeping, you will have a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bunk bed in the bedroom on the ground floor and a double bed 140x190cm in the upstairs bedroom.On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with toilet, and upstairs a bathroom with bath, for a relaxing moment after your favorite activities.You'll be 200 metres from a restaurant, a sports shop and a grocery store, but also from a ski trail departure, and in summer hiking trails.For your comfort, the accommodation has a private ski locker in the residence from where you can leave and return skis to the feet, as well as a private underground parking space.
