Mother Road Manor at the Fairgrounds Studio

This was a marvelous place to stay just a couple of blocks away from the expo center where the Darryl Starbird Car show is here in Tulsa! It was just what we needed and it was a great experience with eh owner!was an awesome experience

This is a humble little place that is a little bit shabby but the mattress was very comfortable. The shower was tiny, the carpet and towels were old and the whole place smelled a little stale but was fine for such a cheap price. We just wanted a comfy bed for crashing in after the Oktoberfest and that's what we got.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, and there were several maintenance issues that were non professionally fixed. The bottom step on the stair well is broken and there's a roof leak. That being said, the bed was comfortable, and the appliances worked. That place being rented separately is a little bit much. I would be annoyed if I rented the house and someone I didn't know rented the upstairs

I did not message the owner that I was approaching the property until I was there, so I had not officially started the check-in process. Since it was late at night, I had to wait longer to receive the check-in information such as the key code and the WiFi password. This stay is the guest suite of a house that is accessed via the backyard. I entered the correct address in my navigation, but then mentally read the wrong address in my head when I got there. That part is on me. However, my confusion would have been greatly alleviated if the listing included a picture of the property from the street so guests know what they are looking for.

We would rent this property again.

No toaster, no sink in kitchen area .The table and chairs were old patio furniture. The toilet area was so narrow my shoulders were touching the walls .For what it cost I could have stayed in a nice hotel with all the amenities

Stayed for a week for Expo Center Event. Owners were very gracious and went out of their way to help with everything needed!
