Step into a moody, mid-century boutique suite just steps from Aggieville and KSU. Deep navy walls, walnut built-ins, and curated art create a warm, retreat-like feel. Unwind on the leather sofa in front of the mounted TV, then rest in the plush queen bed layered in olive and rust tones. A fully stocked kitchen and cozy stone-accented nook round out the space. Walk to coffee, dining, and nightlife, then return to a stylish hideaway at day`s end.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.

No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.

Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
