Monti Deluxe - Terrace Spectacular View

Beautiful home in the heart of the city. Everything was wonderful.

We spent a few amazing days in this apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Waking up every morning to that iconic view felt surreal. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The living spaces were bright and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even with the vibrant atmosphere outside, the apartment stayed quiet and peaceful inside. Being able to walk to so many historical landmarks, restaurants, and cafes made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Rome with comfort and style — and that unbeatable Colosseum view — this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back! The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower drain was partially clogged, and the water pressure was quite low — not a big issue for a short stay, but definitely something to fix for future guests.

Loads of space, great location, good facilities. The shower could be modernised but it was adequate.

Location Provide a dryer will be a great improvement

It was the perfect stay for us. Location was perfect. The atmosphere and the terrace were picture perfect. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. No complaints. You should have. Scheduled preventative maintenance program for the properties. Pick a day once a month and do a deep cleaning and touch up paint. Deep clean from ceiling to floors. It keeps them fresh with limited effort after your first PM Deep clean

The location could not be better. The whole of the center of Rome is walkable from here. Beautiful views from the patio as well!

It was nice to find a place in Rome that’s nice and didn’t break the bank. Walking distance from a lot of sites, clean, and comfortable

The apartment was clean and is a good location. The support was good when we had questions. The building is beautiful and the balcony was lovely. There should be utensils. We did not have forks, spoons, or knives.

Delightful stay

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. This apartment was a great size for the four of us to spread out. The terrace is amazing. The location is close to anything you could need, markets, coffee shop, restaurants. The view from the terrace of the city makes you feel like a local. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The management team was great to work with and the check in/check out was simple.

The response of host was great. They took care of any issues we had. The only suggestion I had was that they leave instructions for the stove.

Place was fabulous. Near everything and wonderful balcony with views of Colosseum- a dream
