The apartment is in a great location, very convenient to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain & restaurants. Once we realized that the air conditioning was controlled by remotes instead of the thermostats on the walls, it worked well, and we were even too cold at one point, which is unusually nice in Europe. We could only find 2 electrical outlets in the entire apartment that worked, and we had to spin the bed around in the main bedroom so we could charge our phones and still reach them at night. The sofas were worn out and not very comfortable to sit on. The 2nd bedroom was actually a loft with very low headroom. There were issues with the plumbing, a very loud drainage pump in the master bath with very slow drains. We had to bail the tub with a bowl after getting tired of the loud pump.The pump spreads sewer gas smells while it is running. The only shower that is usable is in the other bathroom & tiny. Because the pump is so loud, you aren't allowed to use the master bathroom at all after 10pm, according to a sign in the bathroom that says it is to be considerate of the neighbors. However, the extremely loud sounds from the street (shouting, motorcycles, etc.) continue on until about 3am and start up again around 5-6am with the garbage dumping of glass bottles. We stayed 6 nights & were left 2 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen did not have much flatware or many dishes. The washing machine was outside on a back deck, and we didn't use it because we couldn't get the deck door open.

The property is in a fantastic location with good restaurants close by. The flat could do with some updated furniture, for example the sofas were basically falling apart.

Great spot, plenty of good food in the area and an easy walk to the colosseum and public transportation. Very comfortable space but bedroom 2 is just a loft - good for kids but small for adults. Bathroom shower imis tiny. Location is great but it is very noisy in the late evening into the early morning.

The apartment location is superb. Everything is within walking distance. 10min walk to the Colosseum, 15 to Trevi, 20 to Vatican. Downstairs on the street is a few restaurants, a splendid gelato place (we go every night), and 5min walk there’s a small plaza with more restaurants and a great pastry shop. The AC and washing machine is a heaven sent. Had a slight electricity problem but host communicated very efficiently and we managed to fix the issue quickly. Also, Conad City is a good supermarket just 2min away.. get their sandwich, it was so good. Highly recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment. An added bonus is that there's an excellent restaurant right downstairs where everyone speaks English (or, if you prefer, Italian.)

Thank you. It was great to stay at this Place. Very central and metro station near. The only thing was, that it is quiet loud when the glass containers are collected in the middle of the night.

Location is simply great (10 min from Colosseum, 20 min from train terminal, 35 min from Vatican and close to metro and bus stops) as well as spacious. Apartment is also very clean and the host is communicative and pleasant. Check in was done completely online. Multiple restaurants are also within a short walk, and all the ones we tried were excellent. Few comments - a new paint job is needed, the couches should be replaced, and the drainage in the two bathrooms needs to be improved. Though the unit has two full baths, showering in the tub is challenging as no shower curtain is installed. Coffee machine in the unit would also have been nice.

The location is great. Pretty walkable to most attractions within 15 mins. Collesseum is under 10. There are great restaurants just downstairs, a great coffee shop, literally around the corner and a convenient store, about half a block away. The apartment is very very dated. While we like staying at place with character, this was more dated than expected. It's advertised as a two bedroom, but the loft bedroom has an extremely low ceiling, where my kids feared hitting their heads when seated on bed. They ended up sleeping on the sofabed (which we somehow stumbled upon). For what that was, it was surprising more comfortable than most sofabeds. but we were hoping for 2 actual bedrooms. The master washroom tub, had drainage issues. Takes a very long time to drain completely. Second bathroom, toilet had issues, and I had to manually fix the pump to make it flush. The NOISE - something we learned about Rome, the garbage and recycling trucks come EVERY MORNING around 6am. Flipping bins and bins of glass and garbage continuously. Restaurants noise downstairs was as expected, but they are open late and combined with early garbage mornings, means not very many hours of sleep. Overall, our stay was only just okay. There were certainly other options available at the same price range that would have likely made our trip more enjoyable. The host was great and extremely responsive. She even organized a private car for pick up from airport, which was very helpful.

Excellent apartment. Perfect location. Fine arrival and departure procedure. Well appreciated service by arranging pick up at airport as well as transport to the airport at departure.
