Stayed Jan 8, 2025The best experience for a first time visit to Bologna was the position of this apartment. It was a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, where Neptune stands proud for all to see and very close to many of the sights that Bologna offers. There was an unfortunate and persistent odour in the apartment - this would have been a 5 Star stay otherwise. The covered porticos were a delight and then there is the food! Fantastic restaurants for all budgets, the fabulous food.market, the warmth of the people makes Bologna a special destination for more than just a few days.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Very nice accommodations. My rating would have been higher if the sleeping area in the living room was air conditioned. It only had a cooling fan and was very hot the entire time. An air conditioner has to have a compressor to cool not a water reservoir. The temperature never drop below 28C.

Stayed May 12, 2024The location was perfect, 5-7 minute walk to everything!! The street was a bit noisy with construction at times, but the location was worth it! The apartment was well equipped with everything you'd need as well and clean!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024The apartment is in a great location close to everything we wanted to see, but it is very noisy at night, up to 2am one night. The management company is not ideal as the paperwork and process is not smooth. We did not receive complete instructions on how to use amenities, such as to turn the gas on and off when using the stove (this we didn't find out until the next property, so never used the stove). Compared to other properties we stayed on this trip, this one left a lot to be desired.
