Monopoli's terrace - Apartment C / Nettuno

Stunning views from terrace! There are 36 steep steps to the apartment however when you make it to the top the views of the sea are beautiful.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with fabulous views of the sea, a huge terrace, and wonderful balcony off the bedroom so you can hear the waves and feel the sea breeze as you sleep. Excellent location and gracious host.

There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view, and the apartment was as described. While we knew that there were steps, there were 35 steps from the building entrance to the apartment entrance, more than we expected and they were high steps. On arrival 1 of the 2 beds did not have sheets and we were told that there would be an extra charge for sheets. This was disturbing, but the sheets were provided later at no cost. Other issues were minor, and communication was good.

Fairytale location and the apartment was clean and beautiful. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Apartment was clean, spacious for three people and the view from the terrace was excellent. Its location in the Old City was convenient. We temporarily lost power and hot water but Giusy took care of it. The one disadvantage of the apartment is the steep climb up three flights of stairs to reach it. Giusy was very helpful

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! The apartment was perfect, the area was perfect. Giusy was our contact and she was so helpful with her recommendations and getting us a driver when we needed one. Yes, there are steep stairs that you are required to use to get to the apartment, but the views make every step worth it. As long as you’re able to climb stairs, don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Fabulous location overlooking the Monopoli water front. Large private deck with outdoor sink, dining table and lounge chairs. The apartment is spacious. Great for long term too!

Beautiful property with a world class view. Really enjoyed the Old Town setting and proximity to beaches. Mrs. Guisy was very responsive for any request or need.

Climbing stairs required

We loved the size of the apartment, and it was very clean. The terrace was amazing and the A/C worked well and was necessary. Other guests have already mentioned the steep steps and the noisy, lively neighborhood, and both of those might be minuses for some guests. However, we got used to the steps (except with heavy bags, especially going up, but thankfully we only had to do that once. Going down with the suitcases was easier —just go slowly). Turning on the A/C and closing the windows was our only solution to the noise outside (loudest and most açtive around midnight), but we would’ve preferred falling asleep and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Location was fabulous and the communication with Giusy was good. We will be recommending this place to some friends who will be visiting Monopoli in October. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to stay here 8 nights, and it was an absolute dream. We looked forward to coming “home” every time we were out, the apartment looks right over the sea which you see from even the bedroom, position is ideal as you can access beach and centro storico as soon as you leave the place. Giusy, the host could not be more accomodating and she cares deeply for her town and the surrounding region. We just wanted ro stay forever, what a gem.

Beautiful apartment with a great location!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location. It is very clean and what a view! The manager Giusy was super helpful and always available for any questions. Monopoli is a beautiful town and perfect for exploring the Puglia region. I hope to stay here again in the future!
