The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the centre town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi (optical fibre), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 15 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with Italian shower, WC

On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage.

Please note Access to the flat is by stairs. Please take this information into account if you have heavy luggage, or if you are a disabled or elderly person.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market:
Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
