Beautiful, recently-updated basement apartment with a private patio, kitchenette, and cozy living space with a 55 smart tv! Our space has a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, as well as a couch in the living room that can double as a pull-out bed. It is centrally located as well, and is within walking distance of a coffee shop and park, as well as 25 minutes or less away from places such as USAFA, Garden of the Gods, Peterson Air Force Base, and the Colorado Springs airport!

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Everything about the property was as advertised. The only issue we had was with temperature control. It was a hot day and night in Colorado Springs, and the AC was on high. Being in the basement where the AC wasn't needed as much but couldn't be adjusted made the apartment cooler that we would have liked. So, in summary, a very cool place to be on a hot day!
