It is located in Shaw, historic neighborhood, which is central from the nightlife and restaurants of Shaw, Bloomingdale, 14th Street, and Chinatown and just a few blocks from the Convention Center. Metro is about a 10-minute walk. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is great for individuals, couples, business travelers, and families. It includes access to a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.

This lovely apartment can comfortably sleep six people. There are queen beds in each of the two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room for additional sleeping arrangement. All beds have European-style sheets (fitted sheet on the bottom and a duvet cover on the top). The bedrooms are far apart so each set of occupants have plenty of privacy. There is a plethora of street parking around the apartment.
