Security Deposit / Damage Protection
After booking, guests must choose one option through our Guest App:
$450 refundable deposit, or
$45 non-refundable damage waiver
The damage waiver covers accidental damage up to $450. Lost items such as fobs or parking tags are not included and cost $200 per item.
Guest Verification Requirement
All reservations require identity verification prior to check-in. This may include:
Government-issued photo ID
Contact verification
Completion of a verification portal
Possible background screening if required
Verification must be completed within:
24 hours of booking
1 hour for same-day reservations
Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

Amenities such as the gym, elevators, and shared spaces are managed by the building and may occasionally be unavailable without notice. While I’ll report any issues on your behalf, I don’t control maintenance schedules or closures.
Maintenance Access
Occasionally, maintenance may require entry for essential work. Advance notice will be given when possible. Denying access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
