Stayed Dec 26, 2025The City didn't disappoint but this place sure did. Window unable to be closed in middle of winter snow storm. Tub had steady leak of hot water. Place needs to be better maintained.Close to shops and transit, great location

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the downtown Hoboken area and an easy walk to the metro. There was no shower soaps or shampoos, unlike the pictures show, so pack accordingly. Also the extra bed in the living room has no available blanket.

Stayed May 17, 2024The appartement very well located not far from downtown New York. It was dirty walls were not clean and bath tub really dirty. We had a problem with the window it was not closing after talking to the host and no answer we had to fix it ourselves. By the end of the day the host answered but the job was already done by us.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024The walls are paper thin…we had college kids partying all hours of the night swearing and yelling at 3 am above us! We also had a mouse/rat in our apartment that kept my son up! Yikes!!

Stayed Dec 13, 2023The location of this apartment was fantastic. Very easy to get the bus into the city and Hoboken itself is super charming. The apartment is very cute, nice hot water and good water pressure, however, the air temperature was a bit cold with no way to manage the heat, and the beds are very hard. There is a coffee maker & electric kettle but no creamer available. Overall this was a great value but with the comfort of the beds, we wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023Fantastic position with a simple bus or ferry ticket you are everywhere in new york. Full of nice restaurant in the night. Optimum for family or group of friends. The flat is not a Sheraton but with a little flexibility you will stay nicely. I promote the place. Thank to Geo
