Great location, Great amenities. Safe and secure gated garage, and electronic fob admittance to the building. This unit was very convenient to the elevator.

Great location and clean. Very easy check in and checkout (Love that there are simple instructions with pictures) Comfy bed, which makes a big difference for us. Our backs didn’t hurt this morning. We were going to see Zach Bryan at Panthers stadium and it was an easy walk to dinner and then on to the show..love that.

The host jack was very helpful and very easy instructions got in and out very easily and I also had no problems with the neighbors, place, and getting around. I even ordered door dash and they were able to easily find me with instructions I left to get around the building. I would book again and such a clean and lovely space to stay in while you are traveling to wherever

parking was difficult, some amenities were closed but overall was good

I have to start by saying this was probably the most stressful experience I've had in a long time. I'm unsure if the host double booked our stay by accident or something else was going on with the cleaning company behind the scenes. Upon arrival, there was no key for entry into the building or a pass for the parking garage in the lockbox as described. There were other people's belongings (IDs, credit/debit cards, bags with clothing, etc) still inside when we finally were able to get into the building. We ended up having to get a hotel instead. We received a full refund and appreciate the apology but we probably won't book again in fear of a similar situation happening.

Perfect size for two people. Lovely apartments and grounds.

Host was clear with instructions and very friendly. Although we didn't get to take full advantage of the amenities, they seemed to be in good shape. It was modern, clean, and well taken care of.

The apartment was exactly as pictured however the pull out couch and the mattress in the bedroom are very worn. The apartment is in a nice area and is close to many things downtown, but still have to uber there. The check in process was a complete nightmare. The instructions on where to find the lock box are unclear and fails to mention there are TWO garage entrances. The garage is a maze and terrible to navigate. Host responded quickly to answer questions

Came for a continuing education course, which was hosted just down the road at Atrium Health, so the location was ideal! This building is right along many walking trails, close to Trader Joe's and other restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The amenities in the building are beautiful; also, the gym, pool, and rooftop patio were amazing to have access to.

Excellent communications from host. Nice property conveniently located. Would have liked access to closet to hang our clothes vs the hook over the closet door. Seeing our clothes hanging reminded us how transient we were for the 3 nights.

Great location and quite spot.

Apt needs updating, new furniture and painting. Walls are all touched up with different color paint. Light bulbs out. Couch broken and very uncomfortable. Tv screen was ruined from cleaning crew wiping with wring chemical and tv remote hardly worked. There were scuff marks all over walls. Kitchen cooking equipment needs updating and no baking pans for oven. However apt building has great amenities.

In town for a soccer game, great location. Appreciated the communication. Clean and safe location.

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for the two of us who had an event at the Bank of America stadium to attend. It was a straight shot and less than 2 miles away so we wound up walking. Great neighborhood, and spotted a bar & grill nearby that we wound up visiting on the way back. Having the visual aid describing where the fob and parking space was absolutely the best. Great place to stay and surprisingly roomy. As others mentioned, the mattress is pretty soft, but the area was quiet and we had no complaints.

Simple check in

The city is the highlight of this place. The walk ability was amazing for me and my daughter. Close to shopping and multiple eating spots and we never had to drive far to go to where we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and smelled very good, everything is well maintained. It was too cold to swim but the pool looks nice. Has a balcony overlooking the pool area with a small view of the top of one of the buildings but overall an amazing vacation.

The apartment building is very close to all parts of Charlotte since it’s close to the highway. At the same time, it’s a quiet and clean spot that worked perfect for our weekend visiting family.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The communications with the host was great. All information for checking in and out was given ahead of time. The apartment was in a nice building and it was quiet. Inside was very clean and had all necessities needed. The location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go to.

The space is nice and pretty clean. There is minimal glasses and mugs so if 2 or 3 people stay you need to wash eah time. The linens and bed are great. I did not like the location at all. You are in the middle of a hospitall complex with no good walking for meals

The location is great and the property manager was very responsive. The place was clean and the apartment building seemed decently maintained. I wouldn't call it luxury but it was definitely comfortable. It would be a nice option for single person looking for a convenient place to crash. I would not recommend it for a family. There is only one key fob; the listing says there is one fob for amenities, but you need the fob to access the building and it's also the key to the unit. Trying to coordinate one key with two adults and children is difficult. Also, the pool is not at all as pictured. It looked yellow - like it wasn't clean and had a mildew layer on the bottom and there was detritus floating in it the first day. I recognize this isn't the fault of the property owner, but we booked the room based largely on the resort-like pool pics that were terribly deceiving. I would stay there again if it were just me, but I wouldn't stay with two or more people.
