Modern Studio in Heart of Downtown Fairbanks - beautifully renovated & clean

Great flat within blocks of downtown Fairbanks. Great host too! We would stay here again.

This location met our needs very well and was very clean. Just right for 2 to 4 people. Convenient for our visit to family in the area. Quiet at night was so appreciated.

The location is a short walk to downtown and the bus station which was important since we were first time visitors to Fairbanks with no car. The apartment exceeded expectations. It was cozy, clean, and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. I will book this again next time I’m in Fairbanks!

The studio was centrally located. Everything we wanted to do was just a few short minutes away, from shopping to restaurants, and even the North Pole!The studio was clean, quaint, and tastefully decorated and had all the amenities that we wanted and needed. Parking was convenient, right at the door.Ryle was agreeable and easy to communicate with.We would definitely stay there again!

The room is beautiful! And it’s in a great location as well. Not very noisy, and every business is easily accessible. The hosts Ryle and Marilyn are great. They’re communicative, and provide basically everything you would need to stay. They give you some food, body wash, towels, I even got a toothbrush! It’s very clean, and they even have puzzles and boars games. I would definitely recommend it to people.As a warning though, the bed has a hard mattress. I personally can’t sleep on a hard mattress due to existing back issues, but I wouldn’t blame the hosts for that or even call it a complaint. It’s just personally not comfortable to me. If you prefer hard mattresses or can tolerate them then this is perfect!

Very clean. Everything was as described. Felt larger than I had imagined. The owners were quick to respond to messages.

Owner was very responsive and helpful. The cottage was very clean except for the dishes, which I had to wash before using. Otherwise, no complaints.

Unfortunately, we were unable to make it all the way to Fairbanks. The owner was proactive and provided recommendations for us to finish the journey, However, due to the additional travel times caused by the wildfires, we thought a one day drive back to Anchorage was more than we were ready to tackle.

Ryle’s place was extremely clean, and very comfy! Location was great, and exterior was beautifully kept. My daughter and I were there for a few days, and we felt safe. The driveway for parking right next to the house was also a huge plus! I’d love to stay again sometime!

I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the details of this apartment was listed. The unit was very clean, everything worked as expected and it was very quiet. I really liked that I could park my vehicle next to the apartment and I was within walking distance of a number or restaurants.The owner's were fantastic about responding to my questions. This is a solid apartment would highly recommend to anyone looking for a single unit in downtown Fairbanks.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of June. This is a studio, so something to keep in mind. it was super clean and had everything we needed! There was even a little basket with some breakfast goodies and chocolates for us, as well as tons of pamphlets about what we could do in the area. It’s in an area of Fairbanks that’s very walkable. You can easily walk to Salty’s on 2nd or The Crepery for a bite to eat. The hosts were also super responsive. Only drawback is that there is no washer/dryer.

This property was exactly what we needed! We flew in from VA and wanted a few days in Fairbanks to adjust before our land tour and cruise. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We could walk to a coffee shop and to nearby restaurants. The host had coffee, tea, and some snacks in the kitchen that were greatly appreciated.

The place is small, but ideally located and spotlessly clean. Though the living area/bedroom is small, both the kitchen and bathroom were very large. Everything we needed was waiting for us. If/when we make it back to Fairbanks we would definitely stay here again.

Loved our short trip to Fairbanks and our stay at this cozy house in the heart of Fairbanks. It was incredibly easy to get around the city in every direction. The home was pristine and had all amenities and then some. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

We booked the studio rental for 8 nights in late Feb. 2025.Great base camp in downtown Fairbanks for the two of us to see the city and the surrounding areas.Communication with the owners, Marilyn & Ryle was easy and prompt, including before and during our stay.Well maintained and clean property with plenty of the basics (towels, utensils, paper goods, easy to use appliances, etc.) provided.Comfortable, open space with good lighting and seating and plenty of games / puzzles / reading material for your in-house time.Your own parking space right outside. Quiet area with access to good local food and local sites/shopping. We caught some of the minor winter weather and found roads were plowed, sidewalks shoveled and the property walkway/steps were cleaned promptly.If we return to Fairbanks again, this will be our first choice for a temporary residence.John & Donna S.
