The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers this charming studio, spacious and modern, of 30 m² able to accommodate 3 people. You will be ideally located less than 200 metres from a restaurant, a sports shop, and a grocery store, but also from the ski slope access point, and hiking trails, in summer.
The living area consists of a lounge with wall-mounted television and opens onto a balcony offering a lovely view over the larch forest and the ski slopes. The open-plan kitchen is fullyequipped: kettle, toaster, combi microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, etc.

For sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a genuine sofa bed for 2 people 140 x 190 cm and an armchair bed for 1 person. An entrance with storage and a shower room with a large shower, sink and WC complete the space.
THE ADVANTAGES: a private compartment in the residence's ski locker for storing your winter sports equipment, and a parking space in the residence's underground car park allowing direct access via the lift to unload your luggage.

Vars – Hameau des Rennes Residence
Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
This hamlet is situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with direct access via a central lift. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. A free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
Please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
