The accommodation was clean and located close to Rodanthe beach. The host was welcoming and always quick to respond to my questions and requests. Exactly as you see online and it is worth every penny. If you love a quiet spot but with easy access to the beach and very nice restaurants, this is the place. Looking to return soon

We lived our stay, it was quiet and close to everything! We do this trip every other year and will look up this place to stay in the future!

We took the three day trip for our 31st anniversary. We have stayed in a lot of places from nags head to Hatteras and this was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed in on the island. I love the bathroom. It was so roomy and everything was just perfect We will definitely use this place again for any short trip. Lee was a fantastic host and very helpful.

This property was actually amazing from beginning to end. The room was clean and looked as promised to me on the website. The location was great, accessible to the beach, restaurants, and other things we needed. The breathtaking views from the pier on the property was an added bonus to our stay. I highly recommend this property. And I would definitely check here first when I come back.

The accommodations were excellent. New construction with beautiful furnishings and amenities. The property is located away from the busy road and is very quiet and peaceful. I’ve already booked a second stay!

The room was spotless and newly redone. Door has a code which you get prior to arrival. All super easy and Lee was very fast to respond. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage for 1-2 people. Small fridge and coffeemaker. The shower/bathroom is brand new and spacious. I'm not sure if it's Salvo but the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. The outdoor shower had plenty of water pressure, spacious and well done. You'll need to use Waze or similar to find it. Added local charm tucked in the back of short gravel shared driveway/road. Sadly no view of the bay from the balcony but you're not paying those prices either. I would suggest adding a TV.

Property is very nice tucked in where it is, Love the live oaks, Newer build, and very clean, only thing I would add is a small wall mounted TV and better shower pressure, overall very nice!
