Modern Sea Pines studio, beautiful water sunset views, across from beach

Everything was great. Check-in very easy. The unit has a beautiful view of pines and the Sound. Easy access from thd parking lot. Walked to the Salty Dog. Great unit for two.

This was everything we needed and in a great location on the island!

Great apartment. Was exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach.

We had a beautiful vacation. Everything was perfect. The only thing is there is 12 steps total to get to the condo. My Aunt had a hard time with the steps. The listing should probably mention the steps for future renters. The owner and the condo were excellent. The condo was very well stocked of everything we desired. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

We’ve stayed here several times, it’s always clean and communication with the host makes check in simple. The view of the sound is beautiful and we often see dolphins during our walks. It’s a perfect space for two, we’ll be back!

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway! The oceanfront location offers breathtaking views right from your window. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need, making it so much more convenient than a cramped hotel room. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided beach chairs and towels, it made our beach days effortless. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful retreat by the water!

Beautiful sunset thru the pines in the evening.Studio itself very spacious. A light over the little dining table would be nice but not really necessary.It’s ideal for 2 people. We plan on returning.

Great location and clean. Perfect for the two of us while visiting HHI. Host is very responsive. Kitchen well appointed - we had everything we needed to fix quick meals and snacks. Great value.

For a studio unit, it was very comfortable, almost spacious, for my wife and I. Absolutely everything you might need for a great stay is provided. The furnishings and appliances are modern and in great condition. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the view from the sliding doors. The short walks to both the beach and the Salty Dog were so easy and convenient. We have vacationed on HHI several times, but this was our first stay in Sea Pines and we loved it. This condo is in a very quiet spot and just off the bike/leisure path. We highly recommend it!

The villa had everything needed. Location, location, location! The direct access to South Beach with breathtaking views was my favorite part!

The property sat back off from the shore a bit but there were no structures between my view and the ocean save a growth of trees which I thought was beautiful. Very quiet community and neighbor sounds were all but non existent. For the location this was a great room for me. I won’t hesitate to go back there if I ever return to the island.

Great quiet location with view of the water from the window. Good parking, easy walk across road to nice beach. Close to Salty Dog. South Beach is a very lovely area, and we enjoyed all the Sea Pines bike trails. Room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, nice amenities. Our only complaint (which we've shared with the host and I'm sure he'll take care of it) is that the bed was sunk significantly in the middle so that we rolled towards each other.(Mattress or the underlying frame issue?)

Great time, great place!

Fabulous location and perfect for 2 people. Shade cabana and beach chairs/towels were an added plus. The bed was very comfortable and the views out to the water are beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Could look through woods outside window and see the beach, very easy walking distance. Could walk through parking lot in other direction and be at The Salty Dog - for it's T-shirt shop, restaurant, ice cream stand or cruise starting location. Very handy all around!

Ideal location!! Right across from beach access and less than a 5 min walk to Salty Dog. Also, very convinient access to walking biking paths. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood as well. The apartment had everything we needed and was just the right size for 2 of us. There was however as strange smell, it may have been left over cooking smells from the previous guests, but it lingered our entire stay. Also, the bed was not very comfortable, there is a huge dip in the middle. It may have been OK for 1 person but very uncomfortable for 2. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was actually very comfortable.Overall, we had a great time in Sea Pines. Aside from the minor details listed above, this listing was great! We will absolutely be back.

Great location, very clean amd plenty of space for two people. Loved being able to walk to restaurants, beach and shops. Bike riding was great too.The only thing that wasnt excellent was the bed. It seems to have a dip in the middle and we kept rolling into it. It seems like the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, loved our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Angel was a great host. The replies were always very timely, as well as very helpful. The place was very well kept and in a good spot. The beach accessibility was a great perk! I would definitely recommend staying there!

Great location! I wish there was a balcony. Bed needs replaced. Dishwasher is so loud you have to leave while it’s on.

Great location. just a minutes walk from bay beach. Also super short walk to food and shopping. Very relaxing. Try the Jazz Corner if you are in Hinton Head.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines and loved the condo's location. Upon arrival, the keypad battery was low but eventually functioned; the manager promptly addressed this the next morning. Toiletries and kitchen essentials were well-stocked.However, a few areas could be improved. We noticed a sandy feel to the floors, and the bed, a crucial comfort factor, was too small and uncomfortable for two people, sinking in the middle. We also found only two standard bed pillows, relying on decorative ones for comfort, which isn't ideal for hygiene. My husband also observed some mold in the sink drain. Despite these points, we still had a great time.

Our stay was great and the condo is perfect for two people. Very clean. Awesome location and sea pines is beautiful! Well equipped kitchen. Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. (The listing makes it seem like it’s included.)Walk to the beach was awesome and right across the road! Beach wasn’t crowded and we saw dolphins multiple times! Very close to coligny beach and lots of dining. Perfect weekend getaway!

This was a perfect place to stay. It was a 5 minute walk from our daughter's condo. We would book this again.

Bed was cheap and very uncomfortable.

Place was clean and as described. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need (had both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot, thought that was a good touch). Would definitely stay here again. I had a few questions and reached out to the host and they replied quickly.

Cute place perfect location.

We enjoyed our quiet and peaceful stay at this Sea Pines South Beach retreat. Nothing can beat the easy beach access and our long walks on the beach each day did not disappoint with multiple dolphin sightings each day. The space is small but efficient and perfect for two people. Has a lovely view. Only small snafus were that the sliding door (which we wanted to open to enjoy the temperate breezes) was very difficult to open and close and did not seem to want to fully lock. Also even though the space is really only for two people it would be nice to offer more than just two bed pillows for the bed for any who prefer to sleep more propped up. We appreciated the use of two beach chairs as well although one of them proved extremely hard to open and close and just looked like it had been quite well-loved and used. Overall, highly recommend for a quiet getaway for two!

The studio was spacious and very clean. The view added an extra pleasure. The location was perfect. The studio met all our needs for our week long stay.
