Modern Private Suite - Walkable Central Location

Excellent. Easy sign in. Modern; delightfully decorated; Temperature great—just perfect; close to grocery store; down town; Gsrden if the Gods. Would stay again.

Great place to stay for 2 people. Great location. Host was great.

Listing accurate. Residence clean and neat location great for shopping food and going to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood and on site parking. Only issue is main AC unit not working apparently and only a window ac unit in bedroom available. This was adequate but main ac should be repaired. Just a suggestion that the small couch should be replaced with a hide a bed for additional family member. Overall I would revisit this property the communication with owner/ agent was great high marks for location and cleanliness well worth the money.

Inside, everything we hoped for. Quaint, nicely decorated.Outside very unappealing and challenging access. Landscaping needed help. Not at all like the pictures.Easy to see the potential, just didn't meet outside expectations.. Might want to warn guests of the chickens alarm clock of neighbors. :)

Excellent location to all the local points of interest. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and extremely clean and maintained. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

We were pleased at how easy it was to get to our destinations from this very comfortable home. If you plan to cook, and eat meals there are limitations, but we used the microwave and drank the coffee provided. Overall, we had a comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable!

Excellent location and very clean.

Wonderful spot for a couple looking to explore Colorado Springs. Short walk, or shorter drive, to downtown old Colorado city. Quick drive to both pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The space was small, but both tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will stay again if we return to the area.

Loved our stay here in CO Springs- the location is unbeatable, the VRBO is the perfect size for a few days with a friend/partner. Note the cooling is a window AC unit, but we had no problems at all during May, when the days and nights are cooler anyways. We’d definitely come back and stay with Victoria again the next time we’re in CO Springs! Thanks for having us!

The property was in a good location to Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. Altbough it was small it was very comfortable and clean.

Outstanding and prompt communication. Easy entry, great location. One star missing due to no mini fridge or microwave.

The property was very clean with comfortable furniture. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and I appreciated the coffee and Keurig. The location is perfect - an easy drive to Colorado College, downtown, the Broadmoor, and Garden of the Gods. There are chickens beside the studio and during my visit one vocal rooster who has been rehomed .

The stay was just what we needed and very cozy.

Beautiful place to stay. Super close to all the major attractions we wanted to do. Victoria is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed to the coty and her home. We(2 adults) stayed for 8 nights and we were plently comfortabe in this apartment.

We enjoyed this cute little place. Bathroom was beautiful! We had trouble with the TV - they have apps and we are used to cable so it was user error! Wouldnt have mattered so much but it was the olympics!! Still enjoyed our stay!

Victoria is a wonderful host. I had trouble getting through to her on VRBO but then we just texted. The Cozy Cave is just that. Very clean with lots of space. Bathroom was recently remodeled. We had trouble with the streaming but Victoria came over and fixed it for us. This location is close to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak.

Very close to local breweries, restaurants and sites. Easy check in. Very clean.

Property was just as advertised. Although small, the suite was great for two people. It was close to many areas such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Olympic Training Center, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. There are many restaurants and bars in Old Colorado City.
