Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean and very spacious, not to mention fantastically unique. The location could not have been better with a one-block walk into town. Our host was very responsive and very informative when asking about restaurants and hiking spots. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fun time in Warwick! Cute personalized place! Clean and up to date! Loved the decor! Little extras such as a tea bar and coffee pods and creamer provided! We went to the spa and walked to town to shop and an awesome dinner at the Fed. Walking home noticed holiday lights on a building! Realized it was the property!

We had a great visit at this apartment - it was in the perfect location and the host was very responsive/helpful as we planned around the weather. We would definitely stay again!

In the heart of town- great location. Comfortable stay with a unique twist of architecture. If you’re up for a different layout this is your place. Beautiful views. Our host was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Highly recommend for a cool spot to stay in Warwick!

We really enjoyed our stay at the grain tower. The apartment was super unique, clean, and easy to find with ample parking. The host was super accommodating with check in, and the are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing a true luxury find in Warwick! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. The owner was incredibly friendly, always available to answer any questions we had, and even provided a list of great suggestions for things to do during our stay. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, with modern amenities and a design that made it feel like our own private spa. We genuinely wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy everything this incredible property had to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Warwick!

Had a wonderful stay in downtown Warwick, the location was conveniently located to some great restaurants and venues. We enjoyed the farmers market and the concert. Thank you, Kimberly for providing a wonderful experience for us.
