Nice room, looked like pics. No issues. Parking pass was missing, toilet paper holders in both bathrooms was missing.

While the condo was nice and situated well for a girlfriends get away, the cigarette smoke that filled the condo from the chain smoking neighbor, who is a permanent resident, meant we had to deal with second hand smoke from 4am until midnight everyday. We reported the issue only to be told that we needed to figure out where the smoke was coming from. After reporting which unit and supplying pictures, we kept getting the next day solution run around. It wasn't until we met another condo owner in the building that we understood this has been an ongoing issue and that there wouldn't be any relief during our stay. Our original request was for the host to help us find another rental since I was having allergic reactions. We were only patient since we were told there would be immediate action taken. The part that was omitted is that this was a known problem and no action would create better air quality during our stay or the ability to actually enjoy the balcony. It's not that a problem happened... it's that nothing was done to actually improve our stay. I would not recommend a stay here or using this host. Picture is of the flower pot of cigarette butts and the note another owner placed on the door of the condo next to us.

Our stay was decent. The linens provided by Ocean Rentals were sufficient for our long weekend stay, but I wasn't overly pleased with the quality. Our balcony was also under construction and not able to be used during our stay, which wasn't communicated to us. Great view of the ocean, sufficient space in the condo but would look elsewhere before staying here again.

The room itself was ideal. However we had no prior knowledge that exterior work would be happening on the building which meant pounding each morning at 8:30 AM and we had no access to our oceanfront balcony. Found trash from previous guests in the room. Arrived early for a 4 PM check in. We didn’t want to spend $75 more dollars for an early check in. Asked if we could have our parking pass for our assigned space in the 3 story garage so we could go to the beach while we wait for check in. The garage was never more the 50% full. This request was denied. Someone from management entered our room twice while we weren’t there due to leaking water to the room below. One of the 2 times they used our microwave which we noticed from the trash in the garbage can.

Prior notice that the balcony would be inaccessible due to maintenance would have been nice, expectation of sitting or using the balcony was immediately dashed when we saw a sign on the balcony door. Also, the initial write up informed us of needing additional linens although we expected initial bedding and towels, we didn't know that there were ZERO linens with Condo. Would not rent this facility ever again, and recommend others to find better accomodations.
