This new, high ceilinged, super bright and gorgeous micro-suite is perfect for the single traveller on a working trip or on vacation. The queen murphy bed disappears during the day to give a spacious office/living area. Blackout blinds make sleeping easy and the location is very quiet.The three-piece bathroom has a step in shower. The large, private deck looks out over the garden and is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink and a good book. The location is spectacular for neighbourhood walking to Gonzales Beach ( 400 metres/7 minute walk) and other locations, or taking a bus to downtown or Uvic and Camosun College ( two minute walk to bus stop and about 23 minutes to Uvic, Jubilee Hospital is about 10 minte on bus plus a 8 minute walk).Minimum booking is 89 days and includes access to a weekly laundry day and a once a month clean. Cleaning is expected by tenant in between and supplies are provided. Fairfield Plaza is a 3-minute drive or 12 minute walk and there you'll find a large Thrifty Foods ( with in-store seafood counter, butcher, deli, fruit and vegetables and bakery), BC Liquor Store, an Italian Bakery, Ross Bay Pub, Heart Pharmacy, A Thai Restaurant, Sushi Field Japanese Restaurant, Home Hardware, a Cannabis Store and more. One can walk into downtown in about 50 minutes or along Dallas Road waterfront to popular Cook Street Village shops, bars and restaurants in about 35 minutes. The kitchenette has limited cooking facilities ( kettle, microwave, convection oven that bakes, broils and toasts, french press for coffee, rice cooker, dishes and cookware, glassware and cutlery) but no cook top. There is an electric car charger on the property which could be used if needed. A bicycle can be safely locked to the metal fence outside the suite. Safe Street parking.

    I stayed here for 4 nights and would happily come again! The suite has gorgeous high ceilings, is ergonomically designed and is spacious enough for one person. All the amenities you need! The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and I had no problem getting around by bike.

    The studio apartment was amazing! It was in a perfect location (3 minute walk to a bus to downtown or to UVic), and less than a 10 minute walk to a semi-private beach. The studio itself was clean and well appointed, and was extremely comfortable. The only things missing were beach towels and hand soap in the bathroom.
