Modern luxury apartment Zinc Headland Road. Only 5 mins walk to Fistral Beach

Property is in amazing location with a (very) short walk to everything. Restaurants and great sea views, The flat is in excellent condition and the rooms are very good sizes.Sarah was great too and made the check-in process a breeze.Thanks again.

We had a fantastic stay at Zinc Apartments in Newquay. The flat was modern, clean, and really comfortable — perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better. I loved the short 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, with a lovely view of Towan Beach along the way, and Fistral Beach was just a stone’s throw from the apartment. Everything we needed was close by, yet the apartment felt peaceful and private. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly base in Newquay.

I have been here before. It is a great apartment in a great location in Newquay. Fistral beach is only a short walk away. The town centre is also very close.Sarah is a very helpful host.I would definitely like to come back.

This property is stunning and has everything you could need during your stay. It is a 5min walk to Newquay town and a choice of beaches. The property owner is lovely and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived which is great as you never want to be far from your car when all your luggage is still in there. You were also able to contact her if you needed to and communication was great. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was exactly as described. Check-in process was very well prepared. Everything very clean and everything available what you need. The owner was very helpful to answer all questions. Even a parking spot was reserved for the whole stay for free. The only missing information was, that the parking lot was only accessable via stairs which is a challenge if you need a walker. We had a lovely week. Great communication with owner. Arranged early check in and late check out which was perfect for us. Location was brilliant and the apartment it self stunning. Carparking included was a real bonus. Beds comfortable and everything you needed. We can not wait to return.

Friendly owner ,nice and modern appartement

Fab week in lovely apartment so close to fistral beach we walked there in our wetsuits. The apartment was well thought out plenty of space and well equipped we will definitely return.
