The kitchen is fully stocked with sleek stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and all the cookware needed to prepare your favorite meals. The living area is filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Please note that the second sleeping area is a unique loft space accessible by a ladder.

You will have full access to this private apartment during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of fast Wi-Fi and a seamless self check-in process using our smart lock. For your comfort, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. You are perfectly positioned to explore nearby attractions like the Yale University Art Gallery, the Shubert Theatre, and the historic Wooster Square.

Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth stay:

- Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $19 per night.

- Maximum of one pet allowed up to 50 Lbs and must be approved first.

- Initial set of essentials like toiletries and paper products is provided.

- Stays longer than 14 nights require guests to replenish their own toiletries.

- Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM available for a $50 fee.

- No mailbox access is available for guest mail or packages.

A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs in the building during business hours. We will notify you in advance if access to the unit is required during your visit. We look forward to hosting you in this beautiful space! ✨

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.
