Modern Little Studio, Great Home Away From Home

Property was immaculate and had all amenities including a comfortable chair and lamp for reading and a nice desk. The owner was very helpful and answered my questions immediately. It is private, secure and located in a very nice neighborhood. I look forward to staying there on all my trips to Atlanta.

The description states this property is a studio, however, its actually located in the basement of a family’s residential house. Entry is via the back door of a family’s house. I could hear the family dogs barking and their kids running and playing in the house. I wanted a quiet weekend to myself in ATL; however what I got was a surprise. I felt like I was staying with a family I didn’t know; very uncomfortable. The description should be updated so it’s very clear this is not a individual unit apartment studio. The unit was clean and decorated well, but I truly felt deceived as I thought I was having a private stay in an actual studio apartment.

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Atlanta to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have asked for a better stay! The apartment is far enough outside of downtown Atlanta to enjoy some quiet, but close enough for a short drive downtown! Veronica and Miguel were great hosts! I highly recommend their apartment!

We had a lovely stay. The cute apt had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee outside at the bistro table in the mornings listening to the birds.

Lovely basement apartment close to my family in the Decatur/Emory area. We had some communication issues, did not get access codes until the day before, but otherwise excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this location. It was central to all that we needed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of any need or question very quickly. We will be back is our house hunting continues!

This place was super clean, the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, and it was the perfect size for me and my partner. Definitely would recommend this place!
