Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else.

The nearest Supermarket is the Marks & Spencer opposite, there is also a Tesco which is a 2 minute walk away. Local pubs and bars are located nearby due to the Centre of Town location, just off The Parade, Leamington Spa.
