Modern guest suite with adorable outdoor lounge!

The service was good

The room it was very clean and smell good inside . It was kind little bit hard to find the property but we get it . The only think the tv didn't had local chanels. Rest all good . I highly recommend this property.

Our arrival was super easy and the communication with the host was great. The outdoor lounge was very nice! However, the appartment was very small, even for only two people. The coverbed and bedsheets were not the cleanest we've seen and the equipments neither. The location in town was great because of the proximity of groceries and restaurants. The soundproofing was really bad; we could hear everything from the upstairs apartment.

The host was quick to return text, place was clean with everything you would need except a couch. If I had stay alone as a woman I wouldn’t feel safe. Lucky for me my nephew stayed with me.

Everything was sparkling clean and organized. Comfy beds, feels like home! Great communication with Chris, he’s a good person

Not too far from the Airport or Convention Center. Easy to access. Was just right for my teen son and I.

The apartment was perfect for our quick weekend with family. Beds were comfortable. Our host was attentive and responsive with us. Would definitely book again and recommend to stay at this property.

Chris takes very good care of his modern and clean rental unit and goes all out to please his renters. I had a very pleasant stay there.

We were visiting relatives, but wanted our own place to stay. The guest suite was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, private & a safe location. It’s in walking distance from town & close to the beach.
