Reviewer Comments: This studio apartment was perfect for my 4th of July visit to Savannah. It had a pull out sofa in the living area and queen bed in bedroom. We were out and about most of the trip so it was perfect for us as a comfortable safe place to lay our heads. One block from Forsyth park and many coffee & breakfast shops in walking distance. Fully stocked kitchen / towels / toiletries & washer/ dryer if needed. Parking was a Breeze and free on holidays & weekends on the street. Very clean & really no issues except the queen bed was very squeaky.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Walkable to all restaurants and the Savannah River, super close to Forsyth Park. Suggestions for 5 stars: The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference. The metal bed frame squeaked with the slightest movement and probably just needs some tightening at the screws. Also, you can't turn the bathroom fan off. It came on after being turned off after about a minute which created some excessive noise while trying to sleep. I get that Savannah is humid but there was also a dehumidifier that we left running 24/7 as requested.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great room and location. Room came with everything promised. Some of the towels, blankets and curtains are ripped or stained/potentially dirty from previous stays or lack of proper upkeep. There was a bit of dust and hair around the edges of each room as well upon arrival. Not sure where the disconnect is but I see it time and time again between owners, rental companies and service companies hired to maintain these properties. Just takes a little more effort all around. Thank you.

The place is tiny and cozy, just right for two. We didn't spend much time in the house as we are in Savanah to explore. The place is clean and has everything one might need. The only downside is parking not available.
