Modern Executive Apartment, Full Kitchen, Hot Tub

We absolutely loved staying here! It was immaculate, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. The hot tub was a huge plus! It was also fantastic to have a washer and dryer. The beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Denver area.

Our stay was very nice. We would go back. The entry point to the accommodations was not clear. It was in the back…down the stairs. We also didn’t know that the owners were going to be upstairs and that there were dogs in the yard. None of that was a problem but it would have been nice to know. The house had everything we needed and it was in a great location for getting around to Estes Park, downtown and Red Rocks. Shopping is very close as well. The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The couch and chairs were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Nice, clean, well appointed place to stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking all meals. Owner's communication was prompt and very detailed. Highly recommended.

You enter through a side gate to the back yard. The have cleverly remolded the downstairs to give you a kitchen/dining, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and private. We saw the owners when we checked in. They were warm and welcoming. We did not see them again until we left. I would definitely stay again.

The place is super chill with great views and an incredible array of vegetables and plants around. A couple of dogs made their debut. They were all nice. The place was clean, neat, and in a quiet neighborhood. My partner and I both felt very safe.

The unit is very nice! Has everything you need! Excellent shower with great water pressure! Thr beds are comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day of exploring. The hosts were great and very reaponsive!

First off the water pressure in the shower is phenomenal!!! The fridge water is delicious, overall an extremely clean, welcoming, and perfect spot ❤️

The hosts were great! Very accommodating to anything we needed and easy to talk to. The unit was perfect, it matches the photos. Nice parking spot in the front, walk down a few steps to a walkway that leads to the door. No stairs inside the unit. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night we were there. I set up my workstation on the desk behind the couch and worked remotely just like I do from home. WiFi worked great for that and all of our devices. Arvada is an awesome piece in Denver and a great home base while visiting. Old Town Arvada has all the food and shopping and is a neat little place to walk around, or hop on the train to downtown in 20 mins. We enjoyed breakfast at George’s nearby and many other restaurants nearby. We did a lot in the week we were there: Golden, Lookout Mountain, Idaho Springs, Boulder Falls, Estes Park, RMNP, Butterfly Pavillion, and ended the week with a concert at Red Rocks! One of the best vacations ever!

This was our first time visiting Colorado and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within an hour to hour and half drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were super nice. The house was amazing, amenities were great, bed was comfortable and we used the hot tub every night. Russel and Carolyn were beyond amazing and caring and were great to talk with and they gave us plenty of advise on things to do and offered help with anything we needed. If we stay near Denver again, this is our spot. I definitely recommend it for anyone choosing there next visit to or near Denver.
