Stayed Jan 6, 2022Property was one of the nicest we've been to. Enjoyed it in it's entirety. Cancelation policy not so much. Could have lost a hefty amount of money if I did not have family to enjoy it.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024As described, but it took a while for us to figure out parking. The hallway can get noisy. Overall really nice location and nice place to stay.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024My mom and I were so excited to go to Knoxville for the weekend and while the unit was as pictured and expected, the Rental Group, Haven, uses an app for all guests for key entry and the app was telling every other guest our unit was their reserved unit. We had 4 separate groups try to enter our unit while we were there so we left a note on the door when we went out to dinner explaining to others to call Haven and came back from dinner to find the note in our unit. After calling Haven, it was discovered strangers had been able to enter our unit while we were gone. It was totally unacceptable and we ended up leaving a day early due to feeling unsafe that strangers could access the unit. Outside of that major issue, there was a red stain on the bedsheet and the building is extremely noisy, especially at night due to loud and drunken residents. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed Jan 13, 2024The location is great and it was very quiet at night, so not a problem to get to sleep. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice for an overnight/couple of nights for two people. Suggestions: 1. Send out the front door key code exactly at 4, so people are not panicking that they cannot get in. 2. Either get a full door on the shower or get rid of the half door and just have a curtain. 3. The toilet needs tightening. 4. The big blind cord has been cut too short, so you have to stand on the couch to close it. 5. For overnights, the hours are a bit too restricted. We drove in from out of town for dinner and a show, so check in at 4, meant no time to relax before an early dinner and then check out at 10 meant no sleeping in after a late night.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023In town to spend time with our daughter, a student at UTK. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. Walkable to everything in the downtown and Old City areas. The loft was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy after a long hike in the smokies. Appreciated the sound machine to help with any street noise, but we did not need it. It’s pretty quiet out on the street at night. Thank you for sharing your loft with us!

Stayed Aug 29, 2023My kids who attend UT stayed for almost 2 weeks. They loved it and didn’t want to leave. They loved the loft and the location, easy commute to school. The host was a life saver for me. I had to find a place while my boys were waiting for repairs to finish in their house. I was able to make all the arrangements from out of state. The host made it so easy for me.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023Before I start - the two people I spoke with on the phone definitely made up for the summary I’m about to give (but just want to give future guests a heads up). We accessed the building with the code provided just fine upon arrival, but were not provided a code for the unit itself. The app to check in and the VRBO app both had a different unit listed (which they have put in a request for to change them to reflect properly). After messaging with what seemed to be different people in the VRBO app for 20 mins-ish outside the unit and not knowing where to call, someone finally called me so we could talk out what had happened: 1) not knowing access code to unit 2) not knowing which unit and 3) the previous guest must have taken the parking pass. Unfortunately, things happen. We found a diff 24 hour lot which we saved the receipt of. However, the next day was our only full day in Knoxville. And a few times throughout the day, we relocated the car to off street meter parking and had to come back and pay every 2 hours until 6 PM when it was free. All in all, the place was great location, comfortable and clean. Also well equipped with essentials. And the two I spoke with on the phone definitely helped make things right in the end. I just simply want to warn those in the future to *save their number bc the messaging isn’t very consistent, *look for a building code AND a unit code because they are not the same, *make sure to ask them check for a parking pass upon your arrival
