Built in 2013, this upscale, perfectly situated one-bedroom apartment in east downtown Austin is in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the city! From the locally-owned, nationally-recognized restaurants and dive bars to access to the hiking and biking trail, this home offers the perfect launching pad for yourAustin vacation.

The main living space is composed of the combined kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV, desk space, and surrounding windows with views of downtown Austin. A futon can fold out in to a full-size bed and a queen-size air mattress provides more sleeping options. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all your cooking needs and all-new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space. The bedroom is located down the hall with a queen bed and small office nook. The full bathroom in the hallway has a beautiful tile/stone walk-in shower and granite sink.

The location of this home simply can't be beat. Your home away from home is on the alley behind Willow Street, one of the most sought-after streets in the city. The Willow-Spence Historic District features an intact neighborhood of houses, churches and commercial buildings built in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Across from apartment is a beautifully restored 1887 home, Cenote Café. Four blocks north you'll find Plaza Saltillo shops and restaurants, such as Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Snooze Eatery as well as Whole Foods and Target.     Great location, close to downtown ATX/good food/coffee shops, quiet neighborhood, wifi to work, smart TV, kitchen appliances to cook, washer/dryer if needed etc.One thing to note is there are some homeless folks nearby, but no issues and they usually clear out at night. Property has multiple locks and feels secure. Clean one car garage if you have a vehicle. Place itself is pristine and relaxing, easy check-in and check-out. Would stay here again!

    Beautiful property, super clean and conveniently located close to downtown and the UT campus. The property had eveyrhing you can think of. Location was great and super close to UT where I had a conference to attend. The surrounding area is a bit up and coming , there was a lot or homeless people at the park across the street, so just stay vigilant and safe. .

    The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay (stove, coffee maker, fridge, etc). The garage/parking was very convenient too as we drove our car. While there is no more homeless encampment in the park behind the apartment, there are still many homeless people who gather there during the day. While the apartment itself was fantastic, be aware that you’ll likely hear homeless people shouting occasionally (we saw a couple of fights, one man yelling at everyone who walked by so leaving the apartment was a little worrying). However no one bothered us and I would have felt better if our car fit in the garage (it was too tall, so not the apartment’s fault). I also felt totally safe inside, the shouting was more annoying than anything. Overall, I recommend this place, just know you’ll see and hear homeless people outside.

    Let me start by saying the interiors, and the structure and the proximity of this place to downtown was amazing. However, the outdoor street view images are misleading. It shows a lovely residential street but in reality it’s backed up in the alley to a parking lot, which is the home to approximately 50 homeless people at any moment in time. Even though we were not bothered, it would’ve still been nice to know that this is the current situation at this listing. Especially if you are traveling by yourself. Other than that, the interiors, the furniture, the cleanliness, and the amenities were great.

    Everything was perfect, EXCEPT that place is not for 4 people, unless you set up everything for the extra people, that place it’s design only for two. There were no enough place to locate the air mattress, now pillows no sheets, blankets or whatever we gonna use for the extra bed. I recommend you to use a sofa bed, and small air mattress. And make sure you have everything for 2 extra people. Thanks anyway for the service that the platform provided, the issue with the mattress was fixed the second night. The rest with the house was perfect thanks
