Absolutely loved this property. It was close to the beach, shopping & dining. Very clean & had beach supplies for guests which was very handy.

This location was perfect. High end all the way, and close to the beach. Extremely clean and new and only a few minutes from the beach. Beach Chairs, umbrellas everything you need. Will definitely return.

This was such a lovely place to stay for the weekend. It’s essentially a tiny house, and every part of it is extremely well thought out. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, and they provide chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. You can walk to a boardwalk where there is a restaurant and some shopping. Then there are more restaurants and shopping a little further down the road that were a 10-15 minute drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This was perfect for the two of us! Everything inside the apartment was thoroughly thought out. Beach towels were provided, drawers under the bed so we could unpack our luggage, beach chairs, umbrellas & coolers for the beach. Many areas outside the apartment to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to make meals. I would definitely come back!

The management still has not returned my deposit of $150. This was a Damage deposit, and there was no damage to the unit, in fact, I left it as clean as it was when I checked in. My unit # was not on my emails, so, it was unclear which unit was mine when I arrived. The cleaning lady knew nothing about it, so I had to wait a few hours to get into my unit on Sunday.

Great clean property. Cute place. Nicely done. Big plus for stocking beach gear too! Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, towels, and wagons to pull it all.

We enjoyed a two night stay in Unit C while visiting the Space Center and waiting for our cruise to begin. I am very fussy about VRBOs, but this unit did not disappoint. From the beginning, communication was easy, friendly and professional. While the unit is small, it was perfect for the two of us for two nights, and immaculately clean, modern, and tastefully done. We were impressed with the modern shower, nice appliances, comfy bed. It had everything we needed. What really took it over the top for me was that there were plenty of towels available, they had plenty of thoughtfully placed hooks for hanging up items, the bathroom lighting was good , and there were towel bars and hooks in the bathroom. Many expensive VRBOs are seriously lacking towel bars and hooks, but not here. What a pleasant surprise! The weather was very cold and windy so we didn't get to check out the exterior amenities or the beach, so we'll have to book another stay. I can't say enough how delighted we were to have found this little gem! I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here the next time we go to Cocoa Beach.

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at your cozy place. We had enjoyed it every time. We appreciate the quietness, easy access, and cleanliness of the rooms. Our favorite thing is the location, it is simply the best!!! Thank you!!!

Perfect little efficiency for 2. We stayed for a short weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean and updated. Everything you need for a beach stay is provided for you and it’s a short walk to the sand. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

This little place was just what we needed and then some! Wonderful amenities, thoughtful touches, immaculately clean and so peaceful! Definitely recommend!

Very nice place! Close to beach & lots of stuff!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property was the prefect size for our need. The access to beach chairs, umbrella, chart and cooler were easy to find, for a day at the beach. Access to the beach close, across the street to the pier and was right on the beach. Beach not busy, could see the down the beach was busier, but for us the location was perfect. Enjoyed watching the sunrise each of the mornings that we stayed at the property.
