I’m really enjoying my stay here! It’s super clean, quiet, and conveniently located just a 5-minute drive to the city center. Plus, the host is so polite and quick to respond! Highly recommended :)

This little apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and parking included. The area was right on the walkway with access to shopping restaurants and the down town area.

Beautiful location and what a beautiful view.

The location is really convenient if you are going to an event downtown and don’t want to pay those hotel prices. However, the pictures listed of the property are accurate but very old. It’s clear that the unit has been abused for a period of time and not well kept. It was fairly clean, but the walls and baseboards are dirty and need paint, the carpets are very dirty and need to be replaced, and all furniture is very worn and marked up. The location is very nice and this unit could easily be priced at a little higher value if properly maintained, and furniture revamped. I will say the host was very accommodating and swift to communicate and the check in process was a breeze.

The location of apartment is great—heart of Dilworth. With a little bit of work, this apartment could be great—it needs a deep cleaning, new carpet, new sofa and sheets and blankets for sofa should have been provided (we attempted to get but never got any during our stay, even after messaging the owner). Cannot recommend in current condition

The location was great. Best location I’ve stayed at in my many stays in Charlotte. Easy walking access to a great city park, shops, restaurants, etc.

The condo had a stale old smell to it. I would suggest plug ins or some type of air freshener. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. It looked terrible and I’m sure the smell in the room was because it needs to be cleaned. The bed was a mattress with no box spring which was not ok for me. The dryer had linens in it. The shower curtain had a mildew smell to it and needs to be laundered. The coffee set up is less than sanitary and the owner should invest in K-cups instead of being cheap. No one wants to fill a reusable k-cup with coffee in a container that has been sitting there for no one knows how long. Living room, kitchen and gym were great. I just think a little more thought and effort should be put into making this beautiful condo better. I got everything I needed from my stay, but I will not return or recommend. Thank you.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the unit. Very close to great restaurants, running trails, emergency services (without being noisy), and gym was a plus. Pool looked amazing but it was still a bit too cold to use. However, unit can use a little TLC (pull out sofa did not work) and cleaning lacked a bit. Only reason it was noticeable is because most furniture and cabinets are white. Would definitely recommend especially if traveling with family. Parking garage felt safe and easy to use.

I needed a location in close proximity to Levine Children’s hospital. It met all my needs. Nice complex. It would be a perfect place to stay for a Panthers game or concert weekend. The Hosts were excellent communicators.

The location is perfect with a park right across the street beautiful area to walk and stroll. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants across the way. This place is centrally located close to downtown. Parking was very easy to get in and out of, to find a place to park was easy. The host was very responsive. There is a nice balcony that overlooks the pool area. We stayed over Christmas and it was fabulous. It is a nice place to stay for two people!

We stayed here for the Charlotte Marathon and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to and from the start/finish with no issues. Definitely recommend for a weekend trip to Charlotte!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were a few bumps trying to check in but totally my fault. Once we looked at the pictures it was easy. The apartment met expectations and then some. Our view from the balcony was serenely pleasant.We also loved the park across the street and walked there both days. Everything inside the apartment was clean and spotless and we respected how nice the facilities were. Definitely will book again. Oh we Aldi loved that we could walk through the part to the shops.

This property was just right for my needs. The location is perfect: close to Trader Joe's and several nice restaurants as well. It's on a very nice walking path. The unit itself was just what I needed, and was clean and safe. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests as well. It's a great place to stay to enjoy Charlotte!

Beautiful, clean, convenient space

The apartment we stayed in was great and had everything. The building amenities are also good as well. On top of that, the host stayed in contact with me throughout our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Charlotte!

Overall a great experience. The walls are definitely thin so I suggest bringing ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Good location, clean, just as described

Enjoyed my stay. Apartment was cozy perfect for remote work. Host was easy to reach when I thought I locked myself out of the building lol. Apartment is a bit of walk from the parking deck but I needed to get the extra steps in anyway ;-)

Location is great. CheckIn is like a scavenger hunt - cumbersome. The place is sparsely furnished and very much in need of repairs and updates. The walls have very noticeable stains and dirt. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Almost allikea furniture that needs to be replaced. I stay in a lot of vrbos and have never left a bad review. Overall, the apartment just looks uncared for which is too bad in this area of town.

We spent a few days in Charlotte for a football game and the location of this property was about perfect. We arrived around 7:30 and spent some time trying to find the key box since it was dark and the referenced website gave us an error message. They were located by the East entrance on a chain link fence. Average amenities but we were in close proximity to everything we could have needed. Thank you for the hospitality!

extended weekend mom and daughter for Panthers / cheifs game. location close to everything and giod stores within walking distance safe location nice area and nice suite. sofa sleeper not the most comfortable but would consider renting again

Overall great place to stay!

It was an awesome experience. The unit was nice and clean. The location was perfect for my short visit. The host was always available to answer my questions.

This is a very nice apartment in a very nice part of Charlotte. My only complaints were parking (the building doesn't have enough spaces; if you arrive late the lot's full, but there's street parking) and the absence of salt/pepper in the apartment (I of course brought groceries, but thought that at least salt would be on site). Both minor inconveniences at best.

We enjoyed our weekend away in charlotte. The place was close to numerous food places that we enjoyed. Great spot for us!

In town for a funeral and this was a perfect spot. Unit was clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed. Pool was great. Check in was super easy due to the step by step instructions sent beforehand. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Would never recommend....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
