Modern Condo at Iron Horse - Ski In / Ski Out, Sleeps 4

Great location for ski in/out. William is an also a fantastic host.

I do an annual trip to Winter Park to ski with a friend who owns a condo in Iron Horse. I like to get a place in the same building, if not on the same floor, as my friend’s for the convenience of getting together and the access to the slopes. I also like a place that has a well stocked kitchen as my friend and I take turns cooking dinners. William’s condo met all my wants and needs, in addtion to being updated and nicely appointed. In addition, William is a very attentive, generous, and flexible owner. He kept in touch during the stay to make sure everything was going well and that I had everything I needed. After having rented several other units in Iron Horse, this one is one of the nicest I’ve had. I’ll look for it again when I plan next year’s trip.

A friend and I stayed 4 nights, snowboarding each day. We were easily 30 seconds away from stepping into our boards on the Corridor Way trail that leads to Winter Park base & The Gondola. The room was cozy, yet plenty of space for all we needed. The decor was tasteful modern, with multiple charging stations and wireless/ remote lamp & accent lights. The owner provided great communication with easy instructions for check-in/out. Another nice touch was the welcome snacks, waters, and coffee. This is a prime room for anyone that wants super easy Corridor Way trail access, or just a great room for a stay in Winter Park.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The place was fantastic: cozy, clean and well stocked. The location was amazing - walk out the door onto the ski run. But the whole great experience was underscored by William the host - so helpful, accommodating and wonderful. It was like staying in your friends place - a home away from home.

William was a wonderful host and property was perfect for a family Boys trip.

Property is great true ski in ski out. Best host I’ve ever had! William was in close contact and did so many small things to make sure our stay was great. When I offered to do some little things his response was “Just focus on relaxing and having a good time”… which we did. If there were more stars I’d give them.

Great trip! Unit, location, etc. was all per the listing. Very clean unit and great location. Was perfect for Father and Son weekend. We easily stored equipment just a few doors down from the unit, just a few steps further and then skied down to the gondola to start our days. Awesome! Thank you for the warming gifts! Hope to bring another son next year. See you then!
