This is our second trip to stay in this lovely apartment. Jen has everything so well thought out and it is decorated so nicely. We absolutely love eating at the Brooklyn Boyz restaurant directly downstairs. In spite of the cold temperatures, we enjoyed strolling the street to check out some of the nearby bars/restaurants/shops….and returned to the apartment to warm up with tea and cocoa from the coffee/tea bar while watching a movie. Communication and instructions from Jen were clear and timely. She even had welcoming snacks/water, and a binder of area features. We are already talking about our next stay!

Great location in the Midland social district, several restaurants within a short walk. Brooklyn Boyz pizza right down stairs is great! Mama Lupo's Ice cream is a must! Apartment was clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The place in general was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is in a downtown strip and anytime the door opens or closed downstairs, the whole building shakes. The bathroom could use some updating, but overall the place was decent. I felt I paid too much for it because it was more expensive after fees and tax and a required insurance buy. Or you could give them $3,000 hoping you’d get it back after you leave. The host was wonderful and kind. She even texted us to let us know there was a power outage in the area and not to fret.

I was looking for a quiet, comfortable property to rent for a weekend while attending a virtual writing retreat. I loved the photos, especially the coffee bar, and the reality met or exceeded all of my expectations. There were even snacks! The historic downtown location is also convenient to local trails, which I took advantage of, and there are a few businesses and restaurants in easy walking distance.

We were visiting Bay City for the Labadie Rib Fest and this property was the perfect fit! Great location, extremely clean and property manager was excellent with communication. We enjoyed our morning stroll down the street for coffee and donuts and the local pizza place Brooklyn Boyz was a delicious and fun experience. Owner, staff and food were so amazing that we ate there twice! When we venture to Bay City again we will definitely re-book this property!!

The check in process was flawless. The apartment was clean and the coffee bar was great for us coffee drinkers. Would stay again if in Bay City.

We stayed in this super cute apartment while in Bay City for a fishing tournament. The location was nice and central for what we needed. The neighborhood was fairly quiet minus the Friday night summer street concert the next block over but it wasn't a bother, was actually a fun perk! The apartment was super clean. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but there looked to be the basics one might need for simple meals. We recommend Vinny's pizza across the river for dinner and loved Cops & Doughnuts for breakfast (within walking distance)
