Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies, these include body soap, towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please note that washcloths are not provided.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

    Reservation process was very complicated and was only given 1 key to apartment with 5 adults. Made it very difficult.

    We loved how close the apartment was to the metro and bus stations! The only downside is you have to be ready for the noise from the outdoor bars next door (which we were, we know the area well). The apartment itself was clean and well laid out for a family with two young kids! Easy to baby proof and room to play. We would stay here again!

    The location was perfect for our family and visit to Washington DC. The Earl was close to the metro so we were able to hop on and off easily and quickly. The town itself is super cute and we had a great time walking around. ANYTHING you need is within walking distance (bonus was a Trader Joes close to the apartment). It's safe and never had concerns about anyone. The apartment is right outside a local bar and the partying lasts till about 2 AM. This was not a problem for us as it was fun to people watch but a young family with a baby or an older couple should just be aware. We'd absolutely come and stay again!!!

    The property is beautiful and well maintained. It has all the items you need to be comfortable. The area is safe and there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance! Perfect place for families!

    The location was perfect for visiting DC. Check in was easy. The host company was very responsive. We liked that parking was available in the basement with convenient access to the elevator for a nominal fee. The neighborhood was easy to walk and had good food and grocery stores near by. The place was perfect—2 BD rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The unit had a lot of windows and natural light.

    Location was amazing, less than a block away from the metro. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures. The onsite concierge for the complex was amazing and communication with host was primarily via phone/email. Only downside was that the cleaners were just getting started as we were checking in, but they were quick and thorough and finished within a few hours.
