This studio garage apartment was built in 2012. It has wood floors and is bright and cheery. There is a queen bed with storage drawers below as well as a queen pull out couch. The location is great! You can walk or bike to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and South Lamar. We are also close to downtown.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025The apartment was exactly what we needed for the weekend. While the set up is a studio, it is spacious and segmented making it roomy and a good use of space. It has a full size fridge, queen bed, kitchen cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and utensils, a large closet with hangers, drawers under the bed, a nice bathroom with tub and shower, and the AC worked great.Street parking worked out fine and the neighborhood is quiet but a short uber or drive to anything you want in Austin. My only recommendation would be a light on the house number (just a solar powered landscape light would do) and exterior lighting near the apartment because it is very dark, maybe a motion sensor.
