The Space:

Spacious Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable queen-size beds for a relaxing stay.

Second Bedroom: A cozy and private space with another comfortable queen-size bed.

️ Comfortable Living Area: A welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Fully Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals.

In-Unit Conveniences: Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities.



Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the pool is not located on our property, but at the building: Crystal Square Apartments (just above the Crystal City Metro).



The complex requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (this is the maximum limit allowed).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Noise Policy: ⚠️ To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
