Two Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds, providing ample space for families or groups.

️ Comfortable Living Area: A welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Fully Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals.

In-Unit Conveniences: Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.



️ Fully Equipped Gym: Stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center with machines and free weights.

Parking: On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20.

Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



⚠️ Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest. Please note washcloths are not provided.



- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
