The Space:

Step into this bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment—thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience.



️ Living Area: Unwind in a welcoming space with a sofa bed and TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.



Master Bedroom: Spacious and relaxing, featuring two comfortable queen-size beds, a TV, and a dedicated desk perfect for remote work.



Second Bedroom: Cozy and private, with a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals.



Washer & Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry for a seamless, stress-free stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.



️ Fully Equipped Gym: Stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center.

Communal Fireplace: A cozy and welcoming spot to relax in the common area.

Parking: On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. The gate closes at 11:00 PM.

⚠️ Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing exterior renovations. You may experience some construction noise during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Please review the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.



- Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



- Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
