Pool Access: The pool is for registered guests only. It is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM.



Parking: Please ensure your parking tag is clearly displayed at all times to avoid towing. This non-refundable service must be booked with us directly.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

    The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sleeping arrangements for our family. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that we didnt get check-in information until the day of. They responded well to my inquiries, but still did not provide me any details until the day of. When you are traveling from out of state, it's a little nerve-wracking. I also wish they provided a little more towels and toulet paper, knowing we were booking for 5 people. The location was very convenient, with a Metro station within walking distance, and a Whole Foods down the block.
